FAQ

Q: Why do candles exude oil?
A: This product uses a natural wax base with a high fragrance content. Due to temperature changes, it is normal for some fragrance oils to seep out.

Q: Why is there black smoke when burning?
A: Black smoke may occur if there is strong airflow or if the wick is too long. You can trim the wick to a length of 5-8mm and move the candle to a windless indoor area, placing it in a horizontal position.

Q: Why are there memory rings?
A: Memory rings typically form when the candle surface does not fully melt during the first burn. It is recommended to burn the candle for at least 2 hours during the first use or to use a wax melter.

Q: How can I get the most use out of my candle?

For Best Results:
1. Allow wax to fully liquefy across the surface on first use (2-3 hours) to prevent "tunneling."
2. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours consecutively.
3. Keep away from drafts and heat sources.
